The price of the males and females is $950. For the buyer’s con-venience and for those who wish to charge the cost of their pup, we also accept payment through PayPal. I require a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. However, if for some reason my dog does not deliver a pup of the gender reserved, the buyer would have the option of getting the deposit returned or leaving the deposit toward a pup in the next litter. I do give a one year replacement guarantee for each pup against any inheritable disease or defect. My dogs are very healthy and receive the best of care. To my knowledge, they have no inheritable disease or defect. We are located in Montgomery, Texas, approximately fifty-five miles from downtown Houston. Delivery options are available with a fee. Shipping is available as well. If someone buys a pup, we sometimes agree to drive half way and meet the buyer to give them the pup. Of course, that depends on the distance. The pups do make it fine in shipping. I ship the pup in an FAA-approved travel carrier. The airline I prefer puts the travel carriers together in a designated spot in cargo and their cargo area is climate controlled. Some airlines will not ship during extremely hot weather. The airlines usually charge between $220 - $300 plus tax for the shipping. The buyer would also have to pay for the cost of the FAA-approved carrier. The carriers are approximately $50. If the buyer prefers to fly personally to Houston and pick up the pup, we do meet folks at the airport. If you take the pup in the FAA-approved carrier on the plane with you, you can keep the pup with you in the cabin of the plane. You cannot take it out of the carrier, of course, but the carriers have zippers on 3 sides so the pup could see you and you could see the pup during travel. Of course, this is only possible with pups or very small dogs as the carrier has to be of certain dimensions and must be able to fit under the seat in front of you. When I last checked, the cost of taking the carrier on the plane and keeping it in the cabin was $125 plus tax. The buyer then has a carrier which can be used transporting the pup to and from the vet for its checkup and necessary shots. |
